We use the national UPS, TNT, DHL or Fedex cargo service and delivery usually takes 4 business days. Shipping to countries outside the European Union can take up to 7 days.

Customs and Taxes

Right of cancellation

The Customer can cancel the purchase before shipping  without the need to provide an explanation. Mycapiltr shall pay back the full purchase price to the Customer only if cancel before shipping.  Mycapiltr shall refund the purchase price within ten days.

Legal Disputes

Contracting Parties agree on the competence of the Turkish Court for the purposes of settling possible legal disputes.

Other Provisions

The internet store operated by Mycapiltr has sufficient security. Buying from the web store requires the acceptance of possible errors due to technology and familiarity with the technical limits of the Internet. Mycapiltr is not responsible for any damage caused by connecting to the Mycapiltr website. Customers are responsible for protecting their computers and their datas.

Return policy

Unused and undamaged Mycapiltr products can be returned within 14 days (day one (1), is the day after the date of shipping from Mycapiltr to your location) for a full refund if no material was used. There will be no refund past 16 days of the date of shipping to customer/purchaser (day one is the day after the date of shipping to customer/purchaser) and no refund on products damaged in shipping. There is no refund on any shipping/freight charges in case of a refund

The cost of any used/missing Mycapiltr product will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
