Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns due to the customer use the product and being unsatisfied with the product. We sell cosmetic product treatments. We do not sell cures and make no guarantees on any products to work for specific customers. We suggest that treatments start taking effect within 30-60 days of continuous use.

Unused and undamaged Mycapiltr products can be returned within 14 days for a refund if no material was used. There will be no refund past 30 days. There is no refund on any shipping charges in case of a refund

The cost of any used/missing Mycapiltr product will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

No returns or refunds will occur wıthout a return authorızatıon number.
